Why should I care about fitness?

Most people don't understand the importance of fitness, however I believe that it is extremely important for single moms to incorporate exercise into their lives. If you don't believe that this is important than ponder this for a minute.

How many times do you remember being so sick that it was all you could do to get out of bed to go to the washroom or get a glass of water? I am sure that we have all been that sick at one point in our lives. Now picture being this sick and add a couple of kids to the equation. Get the picture now?

Our little ones rely on us whether we are sick or not. It is extremely important that we take care of our bodies so that we can be there for our kids.

Exercise can be anything from running up and down the stairs for five minutes, to cleaning the house or going for a walk or run.
