What type of workout should I be doing?
There are lots of different workouts that a person can do. I believe that there are two different aspects that are the most important parts of your body to workout. The first aspect would be cardio. It is really important to have some type of cardio in your life. I personally really enjoy running. It is funny because I use to make fun of people, who ran, however I find it a great release. Walking, running, biking and swimming are also great for improving your cardio. The second aspect would be toning. Having a toned body makes you feel better and look better. You will be more flexible and most likely you won’t have as many illnesses. Being toned makes you look better which in turn boosts your self-confidence.
